These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phmaca website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Services") operated by phmaca ("phmaca," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the phmaca platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phmaca will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify phmaca immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). phmaca is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay until verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.5 Account Closure. phmaca reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, terms violations, regulatory requirements, or responsible gaming concerns. You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phmaca support.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phmaca supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other methods as may be added from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the phmaca Cashier page and may be updated from time to time. phmaca reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phmaca account instantly. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. phmaca is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within one (1) hour of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. phmaca reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, credit cards issued to third parties, or funds of unknown origin are strictly prohibited. phmaca reserves the right to request proof of funds at any time.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. phmaca complies fully with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR AML requirements. All transactions are monitored. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. phmaca reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where AML concerns arise.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by phmaca are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. phmaca reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers and cancel associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a bonus is being claimed in breach of this rule.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. phmaca actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.
5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw. phmaca reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at phmaca's sole discretion and no player has an entitlement to any specific bonus or promotional offer.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on phmaca is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. phmaca is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All phmaca casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained dealers and are subject to the same fairness standards.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, phmaca reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. phmaca's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be offered in the event of a malfunction.
6.4 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on phmaca. These limits are displayed within each game or market. phmaca reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time, including imposing individual account limits where warranted.
6.5 Collusion and Cheating. Any form of collusion, cheating, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other activity that gives a player an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be engaged in such activities will be permanently suspended and all funds forfeited.

All content on the phmaca platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, user interface designs, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive property of phmaca or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Philippine copyright law and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phmaca platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phmaca content; use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the platform; or frame or mirror any part of the platform without phmaca's prior written consent.
The phmaca name, logo, and all related marks, trade names, and slogans are trademarks of phmaca. You may not use any phmaca trademark without our prior written permission.
10.1 No Warranty. The phmaca platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. phmaca does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmaca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if phmaca has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Maximum Liability. In no event shall phmaca's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phmaca account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. phmaca shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or third-party service provider failures.
phmaca collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
By registering an account and using the phmaca platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the phmaca Privacy Policy. This includes the collection of identity information for KYC purposes, transaction data for financial processing and AML compliance, gameplay data for platform improvement and responsible gaming monitoring, and communication data for customer support purposes.
phmaca will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and AMLC) as required by law, and with trusted service providers who assist in operating the platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

Your continued use of the phmaca platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.
